Already for many years I burn for working - a few weeks a year - at the sea, together with a small group of people. Feeling well together, feeling, motivating, moving, meeting.
Meditations, food rich in vital substances, body harmony - ways to more vitality. I am burning to accompany and support people in their search for their inner goals.
A few years ago it was days in Hawaii, and in Croatia under the motto "With heart in it" so it later became weeks, then it became Greece, also Austria (at the lake) and 2022 it has
happened! I fell in love, as they say "head over heels"! In a region, a place in this world, which is so beautiful that I can hardly put it into words.
This place is located in the Algarve, in Portugal, at the very tip, right by the sea. Sagres. A Portuguese municipality in the west of the Algarve, near the Cabo de São Vicente, the most southwestern point of mainland Europe.

After I was already allowed to spend the Advent season 2022 in Sagres, it was then at Easter 2023 completely around me.
I can not describe how incredibly loving, accommodating and warm people are here! And how great the place is. You can actually see the sunrise and sunset at the small spot, directly at the sea behind the house.

really wonderful here. But also for you. Because a big part of my work is for you!
Your well-being, your balance, your body awareness and the time off you deserve. And so I will
a little more stable here in Portugal in the next weeks. Arrive, sort, search and choose. To then be there for you, with regular wellbeing retreats!

The next steps?
The adventure Algarve is just around the corner! Right now I'm looking for a nice place for our joint retreat, networking and talking hands and feet with people in the market, the street and the village! I'm cramming Portuguese - because I don't know it yet, but I'm trying to learn it as soon as possible!
